removal of tub liner

HELP!!! We had a Bath Fitter tub liner installed in Jan 2004. Apparently, the product only has a 5 yr warranty. We have water between our liner and the original ceramic tub. Bath Fitter "offered" an $80 service fee to come out and inspect the product. If we decided to fix/replace the existing liner, the $80 fee would be applied to the total charges. We have had problems with this product from the start. The original caulk failed and the molding around the window fell off. The repairman from Bath Fitter "fixed" these problems a number of times. We are so disappointed with this product!! We need to remove the tub liner. Does anyone have any advice they can offer?? Thank you
