Relocating Washer Need D&V Advise

Hey All,

We're moving a washer and dryer out of the kitchen into the mechanical room of the house we're working on. Can I get some comments on the vent/drains in the attached pic. A and B are what we have drawn out, and if you have a better idea please pass it along.

Thanks,
Joe

Either A or B will work fine.

I like B better than A because it doesn't us a cross sanitary connection to tie into the stack.

One thing I would change is reducing the size of the pipe serving the lavitory to 1 1/2" for both the vent and drain.
