redundant vent and wet vent

Two questions here as shown in the drawing:

1. Want to remove the red vent to hide pipes and thinking that vent is redundant. is it ok?
2. is that wet vent valid?

thanks,

What you have drawn is not legal to the IPC. You are not using any approved venting method.

You cannot drain the 1st floor tub down the basement lavatory sinks vent. Obviously some hack put it in.

I seriously doubt it is legal under UPC.. But I leave that up to Eplumber...

Per UPC-
1.5" max. trap arm length = 3'-6". If you remove the red vent you will exceed that length- could cause drainage issues with the tub

2 story wet vents are not allowed- so your lav should have it's own vent- it can tie in 6" above the tub( this is another way of saying what ghost said)

I doubt your under UPC- more likely IPC or some variant of that
