Redid hot water tank flue... everything look alright?

I redid the flue on my hot water tank. I wanted to a run double walled vent so I could have tighter clearances. I increased the angle, which I read is better, however the pipe straight out of the top is shorter than it was. Everything look kosher?

I would put a hanger or two on that, it doesn't look supported or secured at all from the water heater to the floor penetration. What does it look like outside? Does rainwater have a chance to come down the pipe?

Looks a little close to that wood framing and as was stated needs strapping to hold it up even though it seems tight.
