Recommendation on Sewage Pump

Hello Experts,
Our builder is asking us to install the sewage/grinder pump since our house is on the slope. He mentioned that failure to do so would let sewage over flow in the house. Please let us know the recommendation of the pumps that we should consider and approximate cost including installation. We live in Austin and appreciate any recommendation around Austin who can do such work.
Thanks in advance!.
