Reading old Sewer line schematics

Hi ,
I am replacing an old Clay sewer line and am trying to fing where it ties in to the city line in the aley behind my house. I have this sewer schematic from the 1918 and don't quite understand it. It looks like 184' of 4" pipe but what do the 0 +24 and the 0+09 mean I am trying to find the elevation of the pipe where it ties in to the main , in the alley does anyone know how to read this? see attachment.
Thank you for any help.

City schematics (as builts), are often difficult to read and not always accurate. I doubt it's 184' feet of pipe. That's probably (example: 184' from manhole somewhere) Are you that far from the street? I would suggest having it located to determine the exact location and depth. Save yourself some time and frustration.
