re-routing stink stack?

I'm opening my ceiling in my camp and creating a loft area. A stink stack runs directly through the middle of the loft area. I would like to re-rune the stack without cutting another hole in the roof or tearing into the plumbing below.

Can I: 90 the line where it enters the floor in the loft, run horizontally to the outer wall/eve, then run it up the roof/rafter line to where it would re-connect to the line where it goes through the roof?
