Ran out of pitch for drain line

I recently hacked up 15 feet of concrete to run a new drain line for a bathroom I will be installing. I started from the main stack and run the 4" pvc from there, by the time I reached the toilet, I am about a half inch to high once I put the flange into the 90. I was wondering if anybody ever cut the 90 back so that the flange could slide further down into the 90?

If it is really only 1/2 inch, you should be fine, go ahead and cut it. Anchor the flange to the concrete.

you could run 3" pipe instead

Use a 4 by 3 coupling run the toilet and vent in 3 inch... Vent that thing that allows stuff to have air...
