Raise Floor For Bathroom Plumbing Expansion ?

I have a half bathroom that is actually a walled off section of my garage. The floor is concrete and the bathroom currently has a vanity and a toilet plumbed under the concrete into a 6” cast iron pipe.

Currently to get into the bathroom you have to step down 6” from the recreation room into the bathroom.

Is it possible to raise the floor with framing resting on the concrete to allow me to add a shower and still utilize the same drains in place for shower/vanity/toilet? I would be tying the
shower drain into one of the existing drains.

I have spoken with 2 local contractors about adding a shower but they both declined the job because they did not want to “break the concrete”. Trying to find a work-around.

Any feedback is appreciated.
