Rainsoft fitting broke at 90 where connected to drain line, help!

How to repair or where to get the proper fitting to replace our broken one. We called Rainsoft who installed the unit only a year ago and of course won't cover the charges. They want us to pay $109 just to come look at it!

Might there be a photo of what you are talking about?

Take the part to the hardware store and have them match it up. If it actually broke off the head of the softener then you might have a bigger issue. As requested post a pic so we can identify it.

Your control valve probably is a Rainsoft version of the Fleck 5600 and the fitting will be readily available from any dealer selling Fleck control valves. No one else will have the fitting.

Post a picture of the fitting or the front of the control valve.

Could be the older brass type that they used until the last 5 years or so...

Not really the 5600 but the Pro Flo....

But this is pointless until the starter gets back to us with a photo.
