question on pricing

Hey guys I'm managing some rental properties out of state. I was wondering if I can get some advise as to what a reasonable rate would be in Vegas to locate a water leak in a single family home in the bathroom. I want to be fair, but don't want to be taken advantage of. Also what would be a reasonable price to fix a leaky fitting on the copper water supply to a shower. No concrete busting is needed, its probably a simple fix. I would fix it myself but gas is too expensive ya know? Thanks for the advise guys, its well appreciated.

question on pricing

Go to 'Las Vegas Leak repair.com---Standard price for bathroom leak"

As all leaks are exactly the same---the cost will be listed in column 4---

Shower leaks will be in column 7---

question on pricing

Would it be cheaper to just build my own? Ha this is a DIY site right?
Would you use wood or composite to build it. I also want to paint it with a safe paint that needs no sanding or primer, can I use Bier primer and paint in one, and also solor powered.
How big a grid do I need for a 5.7 liter V-8?
I only want it to have 3 wheels to save money.
Know where I can find any videos or books on building this?
I think that about covers it all.

This is why straight pricing questions are frowned upon---I'm a moderator and could not refrain from poking fun ---

Let this one die----Mike-----
