Question about shower valve?

All....
I am about 80% done with demolition of a stall shower (walls done - floor next) - house is 60 years old so lots of tile, concrete, and wire mesh - was truly a mess to do - anyway - I would like to install a shower head and a handheld unit on a sliding bar on a separate wall....so I have been looking at Kohler MasterShower - the supply lines are 1/2"....and a 40gal water heater ... so no body sprays ... I am looking at the Kohler K-680-KS combo valve - temperature and volume control ... I guess my question is does the valve have the ability to control water flow to each shower head...or just one - do I need another flow control valve...? I have been studying what I have found on the Internet without an answer....Thanks for your help....much appreciated....!
Rick

Question about shower valve?

I believe it will only supply to one head at a time.

Question about shower valve?

Ron...
Thanks much....I know it will only supply one at a time - but can I switch between the two using that same valve (i.e. can it do that or do I need another valve)....?
Thanks again,
Rick

If you add a diverter valve, so you can switch to which ever one you want
