question

Do you have a sprinkler system?

Do you have a pool?

Foundation or slab?

Notice loss of water pressure in the house?

Drop in amount of hot water?

Let's face it....there are a limited number of things which could leak water in your home.

Water heater, supply lines, pool, toilet, tub, lavatory and kitchen sinks, ice maker, dish washer, sprinkler, or (AC condensate line which would be more of a drip, not running).

If it's the city supply line, you will have a sink hole soon enough.....that's lots of water. If you have a well and a pump...could be your supply line there, but again, with no place to go the water will make a sink hole in a hurry.

question

starkenwolf, I think the poster means the lines aren't frozen under the house, but there's no running water inside the house. Nothing is leaking.

Ahhhh, that'd what I get for reading these at 3 in the morning. Sorry about that.

I'd guess he has a frozen pipe someplace he can't get to with his heat gun.
