PVC, Copper, Valves, Elbows?

Should I be worried or is it ok?
Or should I just go to the plumbing supply house to guy it all.
For PVC, Copper, Valves and El's big box stores are just fine they sell ANSI rated materials. As for fixtures I can't comment other than if they have what you need faucets, toilets.....etc buy the higher end products you will be fine.

Quality of supplies-Home Depot?

Thanks everyone. Decided to get the stuff from Home Depot (Copper, PVC, simple vanity and toilet valves). However, I DID NOT buy my actual shower fixtures from there. I noticed that Home Depot has custom model numbers on some of their name brand fixtures (Kohler/Moen/Etc) in comparison to most other plumbing supply houses and online retailers. That tells me that the item is being manufactured specifically for Home Depot, and corners may have been cut to keep the price down. My Shower fixture and valve cost maybe $10 or $15 more from the supply house, a worthy price to know it is the standard model with hopes of it having superior internal parts or less corner cuts.

Some of the HD and Lowes products do not have replacement parts available. But, hey it is cheaper!

Here's a pic of one,

And here's a shot of the internals,

Seems they're used when space is limited when hooking up a sink/vanity. Never had occasion to install one yet.

Thanks for the pics. I have been doing home remodeling for close to 20 years and I have yet to ever see one.
