Question

proximity of copper water supply to electrical fixtures

i was wondering if there are any code regulations mandating a certain minimum distance between copper water supply and electrical fixtures. i am dealing in some tight spaces and don't have much alternative for where to run pipe relative to lighting fixtures. OK, i could but then i'd have to zig-zag making more joints than the straight shot, which i am trying to avoid at all costs, for elegance and minimalism.

see picture attached.

thanks

Check local code, but my gues is they should not be touching, that is all. The problem with touching is galvanic action that could cause holes.......then there is a major problem.

That "B" vent pipe must be kept at 1" from all combustibles, they make supports just for that.
