Renovating the basement - Canada

Opened up a wall and the washer, RO waste water line and the line from the water softener all go into the top of an an open 1 1/2 " drain hose.

4" down the drain hose a sink with ptrap

Then the line goes under the concrete and ends up coming out inside a floor drain.

This drain hose isn't vented and I am wondering if it needs to be and if I need to ptrap the washer/RO/softener lines?

Here is a picture...

The blue stuff is unintelligible.
What's the pipe going off to the right. Isn't that a vent? If not, there should be one. What other plumbing do you have nearby?
