Price Fister - Ashville Faucet Question

Removing the man nut around the Price Fister Ashville Sink Faucet

Took the faucet out of the box and this nut was around with the washer but I can not seem to slide it past the supply lines and the sink hose, I am posting some pictures.

Am I doing something wrong, am I missing something.

I am no plumber but I have replaced every other sink in the house and at the kitchen sink and having a problem...

Any help would be appreciated

Looking how to slip it over so I can put it in the whole and then screw it up from underneath

Sorry on the clarity, taken from an iphone.

Thanks again.

Price Fister - Ashville Faucet Question

The hose either gets disconnected or pulled out in order for the nut to clear. The directions should say that.

Price Fister - Ashville Faucet Question

Looks like the instructions are sitting on the table in the picture, if not look up PF on line and give the model # of the faucet they will guide you through or send you breakdowns. Good Luck.

Price Fister - Ashville Faucet Question

Great Advice everyone, all correct.

Not on the directions, call the home depot where I bought it from the nut was not suppose to be on.

Well it was kind of in the directions.

The end of the black flexible hose come off later, step before you put the main washer an nut back on

When I bought the faucet it appeared it has if it has been bought and returned the plastic strap was going and the ends were scotched tapped

Got the sink all together went great from there

Thanks again for all the advice.
