pressure on well

Why is the pressure on my well dropping to 0 pressure when everything is off ? The well is only used for outside use. I can hear what sounds like water running in the well when its turned off and the pressure gauge is dropping.

pressure on well

Soundsd like you have a check valve or a foot valve leaking on the suction (well) side, causing you to lose pressure and maybe prime.
Good Luck!
Mike
