pouring concrete around cast iron pipe?

Are there any special requirements for pouring a concrete slab around a cast iron pipe that rises vertically?

Such as using isolation material?

pouring concrete around cast iron pipe?

Since concrete can still move, I have always isolated the pipe from the concrete. Some use styrofoam and others use foam rubber insulation. I have also seen a box frame built around the pipe and when the slab dries, the box is made into a separate pour. This allows a little movement.
