Potable compression fittings for pex-al-pex?

Hi, I'm looking to install a hydronic heating system. It's going to be an "open" system, wherein the water for the heating mixes with the potable hot water supply to some degree.

I'm almost convinced to buy a press tool, but I'm considering compression type fittings.

The trouble is, none of the pex-al-pex compression fittings I'm finding are listed for use with potable water.

Know of any brands?

Ayuh,... I suggest you reconsider that thought...

Potable water should Never mix with heating water....
Toxicity of the fittings is the least of your problems ...

Potable compression fittings for pex-al-pex?

Hmmm, the installation manual for my (tankless) water heater makes it seem pretty straightforward. I know that another concern is that most zone valves (seal materials) aren't rated for fresh water. I'm not going to use zone valves per se, I mean to use three-way valves at each baseboard unit: each unit is either "cut in" to the loop or bypassed. I think I have the scalding issue covered.

What else might go wrong?
