Poor hot water pressure

Hello, I am trying to figure out what might be wrong with my hot water. Here is what is going on. I have great hot water pressure to my kitchen and washer. But the bathroom is another story. It takes almost an hour to fill my tub up just to take a bath. The water in the sink is the same. i can tell you that I have replaced my bathroom sink faucet to see if this would help, but nope not at all. I can not figure it out. Everyone keeps saying that it is my facuet but i have replaced it. Can someone please help me on this. I can tell you that just turning on the bathroom tub the stream is weak about the size of my pinkie finger. Very small. the cold pressure is great and very strong. Very confused and frustrated.

How old is the house?

THe pipe could be lined with mineral deposits, choking the water flow.

It is considered impractical to acid-treat away the deposits so replacement of the pipe is the usual solution.
