polyethylene for ice maker

I ran a line for an ice maker in my garage and I used polyethylene tubing. I realized that my attic (where I ran the line through) gets pretty hot and heats up the water in the line...probably up to 120 degrees during the summer. Is there any worry about the heat causing the line to fail and spew water all over in my attic?
