Plumbing/toilet

water is leaking at bottom of toilet tank at intake valve. I replaced the water line and the gasket inside the tank at the bottom of valve. water is still leaking through to the floor. Should I replace the intake valve now or do I need a new toilet ???? Any help ???

if it's a fluidmaster fill valve, there's a top and a bottom side to that gasket inside the tank, turn it the wrong way and it will likely leak (it's happened to me before).
I think you mean fill valve.
You don't need a new toilet unless that one's cracked.
