plumbing resources
i'm about to tear into a basement remodel. the 3 plumbing bids that have come in made me cough. i'm looking for good resources for drain info. i'm going to have to tear out some concrete and move the drains. yikes. i also have to think about venting for a shower, washer, and sink. any ideas out there??? thanks in advance.

plumbing resources
You're wanting how-to books for DIY plumbing? If so, there are about three dozen at any good size bookstore. Assuming you're getting a permit, another excellent resource would be your city's building inspector. They'll often be willing to come by and let you know what you need to do in order to do it right.
Every home is different so there's no one answer that will perfectly fit your project. We're here to help, so post pictures of what you want to do if you like and we can do our best. |
