Plumbing plan

Hi all,

Have been reading these forums for some time and have really appreciated the advise of the members. Now I need some advise myself.

I am planning a basement bathroom on a new 2 story home which has the roughed in 3 piece plumbing already installed but in some not very user friendly places.

I have included a drawing (to scale) with current roughed in locations and proposed new locations.

Does the line locations look reasonable or does someone have a better more practical suggestion?

PS New walls to be built are in blue and already existing framing are in brown.
