Plumbing payments on new const.


Does anyone know the standard payment percentage for plumbers working on new construction after ground work? rough in? finish?

I am not sure there is a "standard," and it probably varies according to where you're at; but I get 60% on rough-in. If it's a slab job I get 30% on slab inspection, and the other 30% on rough in.

Thanks. I have one contractor at 35/35/30 and another at 40/40/20. So they're close.
