plumbing layout .. toilet vent / main vent ?

Hi and thanks, please see attached ... for various reasons my toilet vent can not go behind or to the right of the toilet .. W/ that in mind.. I was wondering if a location to the left approx 17 inches upstream would be legal and to code? Any input is appreciated.
