Plumbing an Addition

1 Attachment(s)
Hello everyone, I've lurked for years, but now I am seeking your help. I am doing an addition with a full bath and a wet bar. Unfortunately, I've hired two different plumbers who have simply vanished when it came time to do the work. So, since I am pretty handy and pretty broke at this point I want to do the work my self. I am really struggling with the rough in process. I'm not quite sure how to tie the plumbing together, and I'm not sure how to tie the venting in. I am in Fairfax County, VA if that is any assistance. I have attached the pdf of the layout below. The plumbing will have to run to the far side away from the sink (directly in front of island below window) and bathroom. Please let me know what you think, or if anyone has any questions. Your time is much appreciated. Might be tough to see, but the building is 40x24 and the attic is directly above the floor.

Don't try. Run a new vent pipe in the new area.

ps your attachment didn't work.

The file opened for me but-- This is a 2nd addition?
Do you have a crawl space? Where is the existing plumbing? Lots of questions....

Yes, it's a second floor of a garage. I can run the lines between the exposed joists. I know how to tie into the waste and supply lines of the existing, I'm just unsure of how to tie the vents and waste into the 3 inch line that will run the 24 feet to the back of the addition. I hope this makes sense, I'm on my phone.

Also, to be clear this is an attached addition but will be all new plumbing to the pointe of waste and supply tie in.
