How much plumbing for a full bathroom and a kitchen about 22 leaner fit, would cost??

somewhere between 2,000$ and 25,000$ give or take plus material and taxes and fees and labor and vague question surcharge

Unfortunately, your question is much, much, much too general and cannot be answered online...Kind of like asking "how long is a rope". DIY Chatroom exists for the purpose of helping you gain the knowledge to do the work yourself and we strongly discourage people from seeking cost advice here.

If you're looking for an actual price for someone to do the work for you then you need to seek bids from qualified contractors in your area. If you're looking for per-square-foot budget numbers then I'd suggest taking a look at a copy of RS Means Residential Construction Building Cost Data at the local book store.
