HAVE SEVERAL cpvc/pvc CUT OFF VALES TO OUTSIDE FAUCETS THAT APPEAR TO BE STUCK AND AFRAID TO FORCE. ANY IDEAS ON HOW TO LOOSEN THESE UP WITHOUT DOING ANY DAMAGE? tHANX DJ
