Plumbing

Just moved into a home that has been vacant for a few months and the water has a smell to it in the shower, what could it be and what could I do to fix it?

Plumbing

Stagnant water in the pipe from the mixer valve to the shower arm---

Change the shower head---run the shower on HOT and try to flush out that pipe---Sorry--that's the best I have---

A dry trap could also add to the smell.
