How do you remove a crimped plumber clamp?

Not a clue what your talking about by your decription.
Is it a hose clamp? What's crimpled about it?
There is no such thing as a plumber clamp so it's hard to say.
Tell us more info.

Or just cut it off with a dremel or a hacksaw.
