Plugged master shower drain

I ran some brocolli through the kitchen garbage disposal (everything runs smoothly) and now the master shower drain has backed up with pieces of brocolli! I have never had this happen anywhere I have lived, nor have I ever heard of this happening. What should I do?

Your going to have snake out the drain line. I also don't understand why it would have came up at the shower. Unless the drain line needed to be snaked after the shower because it had a little clog in it. You can go to any home improvement center and buy a hand held snake. I bought one for like 6 or 7 or 8 dollars i use it once every 3 months to snake the bathtub i take a shower in just because i like the water to go down immediately.
