Please comment on DWV for a new powder room

Hello.

I am adding a powder room to the corner of my kitchen. I'd like to tie the toilet and sink into the existing 3" waste stack that serves the rest of the house.

I have two versions of my drawing--which one looks better?

Am I using the right fittings?

Do I need a clean out somewhere?

Key:
Red = new
Black = existing
Dashed line = vent
Solid line = waste line

Thank you.

Drawing 1 looks better to me

The poop doesn't have to turn as many corners

Both methods are approved in my area, (some plumbers may disagree), but I prefer #2. I'm assuming the 3" san t is vertical
#1 - The 3x2 y on the toilet line needs to roll off above the center line of the 3"
Also, your lav tees should be 2x2x1.5 11/4" lav trap arms are ok too.
