Pipes are outside the wall how do I put them in a wall?

We bought our first house after the fact, we realized they must have ran plumming to baseboards, but they are outside walls, they end up being in closets. I am wondering if it is an easy job to put them behind walls....was a cheap job, I want it looking better so a cosmetic improvement. I have not asked my husband to fix it....just wondering how much work would go into it before I tell him I want it done. Thanks

I'm not a specialist at hydronic baseboard heating, but what you describe is pretty common. I would not consider it cheap or substandard.
I assume you aren't expecting to embed the pipe in the outside wall, because that would cause energy loss. Moving the pipe over a few inches so it comes up in the wall between the room and closet probably is not worth the expense.
