Pipes exposed in basement bathroom

I am working on finishing my basement bathroom but am having a difficult time figuring out what to do with the sink. In my previous experience the sink drain is coming out of the wall. However, this time it appears to be stinking out of the floor (see attached picture). In the picture you will notice there are two large pipes sticking out of the floor. I know one the pipes is for the toilet but how am I suppose to turn the other pipe into the sink?

Any help would be appreciated

Your picture didn't post---I assume that you have the drains roughed into the concrete---
Find a way to post that picture----I bet that the wall is to be built around the vent and sink drain.

I imagine the intent was for a wall to be built where the 1 1/2" (or it might be 2") sink drain pipe comes out of the slab. The 1 1/2" pipe runs vertically within the wall. Put a sanitary T around 18" above the slab to get the "pipe out of the wall" you're experienced with. The vertical above the sanitary t becomes the sink vent pipe and joins with the vent system in a convenient location.
