Pipe from boiler confusion..

Hello everyone; I've been trying to figure out how could I run a new pipe to install a new heater cast iron radiator in my basement. The problem is that I dont understand how to "tap into" the right pipe. I have a pipe with two "T" connectors that goes to my son's room. Could I just put one "T" connector in each line goin to my sons room and run the pipes from there?
I have seen some diagrams and it shows that the radiator/heater is connected from one side to the hot pipe and the other to the return but in my case I see they ran two lines going up from the same pipeline using a "T" flow connector?...could someone please explain a little ?

thanks@!

piping either has to run in series or, If you tap off with tees, one of them must be a monoflow tee

Can both be monoflow? what is the difference..... it looks like my setup is monoflow hydronic system;; can I use two "t" connectors from the main pipe just as the other ones?
