PEX Tubing

I need to terminate some potable 1/2 and 3/4 PEX tubing. Should I use copper or stainless steel rings. I need a to buy the tools, so I was wondering which system is better. Thanks.

PEX Tubing

IMO copper crimps are superior to the SS clamps. Down side is you need 2 tools for 1/2 and 3/4 vs 1 for the SS.
