Pex to Pvc for Salt H2o system...

I have a small coral farm (about 800 gallons) that I am having to re-locate. Last summer I replaced all the water lines in my house with pex, and loved how easy it was. So needless to say, I've considered it for my reef system. I cant use any brass or most available metals due to the salt. I have come across polly alloy fittings. Thing is, I have to install control valves on each aquarium. In the past it was easy enough ( a lot of time and fumes) with pvc. My question would be.. Are their valves that can go inline on the pex that arent metal? Or will i have to go from the pex to pvc at the point where I need the valves? If there are any other options out there i would love to hear about them.

pex fittings include shut-off valves. Buy them at any plumbing supply house. or connect the pex to the pvc with a sharkbite fitting.
