pex piping


i want to install pex water pipes,but there is a possible field mice situation. what should i do

Install pex anyway, and check underneath your house daily for leaks.

I have a few mice in my house, and two worthless cats plus an equally useless dog that do little to discourage the creatures. I have had PEX installed for about seven years with no issues. I don't think mice have much interest in PEX, I have heard that raccoons and rats may gnaw on PEX, no personal experience there.
