Parts for Case TWO PIECE TOILET 7346

OK Plumbers - I am trying to find new parts for an old (?) toilet. It is a Case marked 7346. It has two separate pieces for the tank and bowl. I can find lots of case one-piece parts. But am looking for info on the two piece models.

Thoughts?

It May be cheaper to buy a new Toilet. Those toilet parts can Be expensive, and hard to find. Is there any reason you want to repair this toilet.
