outside shut off valve

elizhoop Newbie   Join Date: Jul 2012 Posts: 1	outside shut off valve I had to shut off my water outside. When I turn it back on, the overflow valve keeps leaking. How do I make it stop ? Does turning the water on full blast make it stop ?
