One Sink Stopped Working

My bathroom vanity has two sinks. One sink operates properly- (faucet turns water on and off). Second sink doesn't work. No water. I removed the faucet and supply lines. Both were in working order. I opened both water supply valves with supply lines and faucet removed and no water is coming out. What's wrong?

sounds like the faucet areator where water comes out is pluged....remove and turn on water or water to that sink has shut off valves

I had previously done that, but thank you for the suggestion.

I would just replace the valves..

Have you recently operated the shutoff valves? Sometimes operating them causes the washer inside to come loose, and when you open it back up, they block the flow of water.

Shutoff the water to the entire house so that you can pull them apart and try to work on them. It may be necessary to replace the valves. Sometimes you can leave the valve body there and just replace the guts if you can find the same brand.
