What is it that makes up the "everything"?
What is the building going to be used for. Not a car wash I hope.

the drain is cast iron pipe with about a 14" drop to the bend headed to the sewer. i hope to have a vanity, a shower, a toilet and separated by a wall the kitchen sink/dishwasher. this will be a one bedroom efficiency for two people

4" waste-line can handle a large volume of water.

You need to be concerned about proper venting.

how about rephrasing my goals with this project... #1- will i be able to run all the mentioned drains thru the wall and finally linking to this one drain in the floor... #2- hopefully i wont have to dig out the concrete... #3- if necessary could i build a raised floor to run plumbing (ceiling is 9+ ft tall)... #4- local codes (from my research so far they are in line with avg codes around the country)

I assume your house is sitting on a slab foundation? A 4" drain will accomidate a kitchen and bathroom. Just make sure its vented properly. If you are on a slab foundation you will have to bust out a little concrete to tie into the main. If you are on a raised foundation it will be easy

Based on what you've mentioned, how do you even know this 4" main is connected to the city sewer?

That was it: POST FALLS.

I was moving my daughter back to Tacoma Washington to meet up with her husband returning from Iraq. I told her that was the only way to go! I did that just to see Coeur d'Alene. Her gas, her rental truck, my pleasure. Years ago I knew some ruffians that had lived there and I just had to see the place. Pretty amazing!

Got a good look at Montana also.

Sweet! Yeah I love it here! I'm originally from Idaho Falls. That's South East Idaho. Moved here almost 10 years ago. Don't think I'll ever leave. If you're ever up this way again, look me up! We'll
