Older Delta Kitchen Faucet

The pull out, flexible hose sprayer head developed a leak from both the head and underneath handle . Assumed it was head gaskets, replaced both but still had water dripping from under the handle. Replaced sprayer head but still drip, then tested the brass hose fitting with the head off and discovered a leak at the brass fitting. Question, is this type of fitting repairable or do i just buy a new replacement hose and spray head?

Just replace it. Best option.
