Old Water Supply Lines in Kitchen and Bath Faucets

I am in the processing of trying to update my kitchen and bath myself. I eventually want to replace the sinks and faucetsk, but the water supply lines are soldered and not the screw on type. Would this be expensive for me to have a plumber replace the soldered lines with the modern ones? Live in NE PA.:)

If the shut offs are compressed onto copper pipe, and you have at least 1" visible pipe on the back side of the shutoff, you can can off the old ones and compress on the new ones, if not then they will need to be sweated off so new one can get installed.

It should not be the expensive to have this done.
