old mold

If the source of water that caused mold has been removed, repaired, eradicated, and the mold has not grown or been further contributed to in years, can it still grow without any more moisture being available to it?

Not likly. Has the mold been treated?

Mold, like you and me, needs water to live. Not that I'm saying you're moldy. Mold spores (seeds) can survive for years, decades, longer. If moisture returns, mold may return.

No, it hasn't, but the pipes that broke have been repaired.
