Not likly. Has the mold been treated?

Mold, like you and me, needs water to live. Not that I'm saying you're moldy. Mold spores (seeds) can survive for years, decades, longer. If moisture returns, mold may return.

No, it hasn't, but the pipes that broke have been repaired.
