ok I'm ALMOST ready to call a Plumber! AHHH!!!

thanks a million to everyone who helped with my last question. Problem is I just realized I might have to change something.

The deal is I have a kitchen sink in a spot no can do a proper vent believe me. Now my only option is an S trap drain thru the floor and I wonder if I do this set up with an AAV will that essentially make it a P trap or at least it will work and not suck water out of the S trap?

thanks for your help again!

I'm not going to say that it won't work... i've seen some pretty strange stuff.

It definitely isn't the right way to do it.

Convert the s trap to a p trap and put the AAV in the cabinet- as high as you can. It won't work the way you have drawn it
