oil burner, no hot water

I have a columbia em-110 oil burner, heats water for baseboard heater+household hot water. Burner seems to fire up and run normal. baseboard heat ok, but when turn on hot water faucets, I only get somewhat hot water for about 30 seconds, then barely tepid.

Ayuh,.... Donno where you are, But,...
My boiler will do that, If the zones of the house are All callin' for Heat....
My guess is, the boiler just can't keep up, when Everything is callin' for heat, at the same time...
