odor in in bathroom

I have a home that is approx. 3 years old now. Recently, we noticed a foul order coming from our powder room toilet. We have cleaned it extensively but the sames stays. Any ideas?

I'd hazard a guess that your seal has gone between the flange and the toilet. Probably not properly installed. Pull the toilet and replace. (Shut water off under tank, flush toilet, get remaining water out of both toilet and tank, undo fitting into tank, snap covers off toilet bolts, undo nuts, lift toilet, scrape old wax ring off, replace with new).
